Get fit with a free outdoor Floor Barre Sculpt class from 1:30pm - 2:30pm with Cardio Barre instructor and professional dancer Jimmie Hewett. Floor Barre takes ballet techniques to a horizontal position, combining moves from mat Pilates for the most effective workout.

Come dressed to move with the 'Best Kept Secret' of the dance world with the first studio in Memphis to bring this technique mainstream! The class is beginner-friendly and gentle, yet effective. It focuses on alignment and core strength. Registration and sign-in begin at 12:30 in the Tower Courtyard at Overton Square; please bring a workout mat.
