In this Delta Groove Yoga class, Diana will teach ancient tools to connect with and open the third eye (ajna) chakra. Some classes will have a short guided meditation and others will work with divination tools like pendulum and tarot. This class is strictly for the students. Diana's aim is to evolve the subject matter as students grow in their practice.
