Memphis Pride Fest turns sweet 16 this week.

Presented by Mid-South Pride, the 2019 edition of the celebration is expected to grow even more following last year’s record-breaking attendance. Pride events over the three days are expected to draw in excess of 15,000 people. 

"Mid-South Pride wants our community to know that we believe in unity in the face of adversity,” Mid-South Pride President Vanessa Rodney noted in her welcome statement for 2019. “One of our many goals is to build relationships that help raise the status of our community in a positive way; to always provide a safe, inclusive and loving environment for all to feel proud of who they are.”
