"It's going to be a wild party, so Beale Street is going to be a blast for the tourists. For the locals, we got something great for Memphis," Julian Salley, manager of Lafayette's, said.

Head to the Tower Courtyard where they are hosting a neighborhood concert, featuring The Dantones and DJ Bobby Smith and emceed by American Idol finalist Alexis Grace. The fun kicks off at 9 p.m., and the neighborhood event is free for all ages. Enjoy food and alcoholic beverages (if you are 21+, of course) available for on-site purchase during the show, then meet up with friends to bounce around between Overton Square’s late-night hotspots!

Lafayette’s in Overton Square will be busy on New Year’s, with two party bands Pearl and Almost Famous, plus a midnight champagne toast and party favors. VIP tickets get you limited butler passed hors d’oeuvres and “Vegas-style” reserved seating, which I just had to Google.
