We’ve put together a weekly post called The Weekender, filled with a handy schedule to help you hit some of our best bets for an amazing weekend. You can follow this schedule to a T, or use it as a launching point to plan your own adventure! The Weekender is not meant to be exhaustive, but will include our suggestions to help you plan the weekend ahead.
Friday, October 14th
- 12pm – Start the weekend early with Food Truck Friday at the Dixon, visit the Brantley Ellzey exhibit at Crosstown, take a pay what you can Yoga class to raise money for the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition or go to Wayne’s Candy Halloween Pop Up Shop.
- 5pm – Head to the final Fourth Bluff Friday Pop-Up Beer Garden installment, go to the opening reception for This May Surprise You, or see the Frugal Genie at Makeda’s Cookies.
- 7pm – Stop by Flicker Street’s Block Party + Open House, go to a Tigers Watch Party at the Rec Room, celebrate Zebra Lounge‘s second birthday, watch Rear Window at Elmwood Cemetery, or listen to Aoife O’Donovan & Willie Watson at Minglewood Hall.
- 8pm – Go to Too Sketchy for TV at the Evergreen Theater, listen to some patio tunes at Celtic Crossing, take part in Spooky Nights, or visit the Haunted Maze.
